Salary: up to £65,000 package, plus cash+card tips average £250/month

Situated inside one of London’s most luxurious, refined modern cuisine restaurants; we are looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to join this intimate and refined restaurant.

You will have a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests as well as leading and inspiring your team to provide an exceptional service, always.

  • Offering the highest level of service at all times, to all guests.
  • Own the guest experience, ensuring every service is memorable.
  • Manage financial performance, keeping the numbers sharp and the margins tight.
  • Work closely with co-owners, PR firms and other external companies to drive the restaurant forward.
  • Act as an ambassador for the restaurant.
  • Support compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and internal audits within the restaurant.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to high level customer demands.
  • Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in a Michelin 1, 2 or 3 star restaurant in London.
  • Ultimate understanding of 5* service.
  • Good team player, flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong organisation and management skills.
