For a leading Private Members Club situated in the heart of Mayfair. This is a beautifully boutique, very high-end environment where pastry plays an important part in the overall member experience. We are looking for someone with real craft, calm level head and a refined approach. Someone who understands how to create elegant, polished creations that feel luxurious, considered and consistently excellent. The role will oversee pastry across the club's dining spaces and bespoke member requests.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef within luxury hospitality
  • Strong technical grounding across pastry, refined dessert work
  • A calm, hands-on and highly organised leadership style
  • Someone who understands detail, discretion and the standards expected in a high-touch environment

Only AA Rosette, Michelin, 5* hotel or fine dining experience will be considered. A brilliant opportunity for a pastry chef who values quality, precision and understated excellence, and who is looking to be part of something intimate, polished and genuinely special.
