The role Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations across every department and deputise when the GM is away. You'll steer the teams through the refurbishment, prepare the hotel to relaunch, and raise service standards to a true five-star level. You'll also take commercial ownership of the hotel's busy, high-profile restaurant and bar. About you Currently a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, EAM or Resident Manager in a luxury hotel, ideally in London Confident communicator with gravitas , discretion and the ability to build trust with owners, brand representatives, colleagues and external partners. Experienced with LQA, Forbes or similar luxury standards Strong Rooms and F&B background, comfortable leading busy destination outlets Refurbishment, repositioning or pre-opening experience is a real plus Commercially sharp, with a warm, visible leadership style and the discretion to match Interested?
