Your responsibilities in this varied role will include;

* Providing technical support both internally and externally

* Customer quotes/estimates through to orders

* Testing products to resolve technical issues as well as setting up and system testing

* Working with R&D to test new products and prototypes

You will need to demonstrate;

* A strong technical ability, ideally with scientific, laboratory, instrumentation or similar technical products

* The ability to find the best solution for customers

* Confident communication skills whether on the telephone, via email or face to face

* A flexible and proactive approach whilst being highly organised

Ideally qualified with a Science related degree (chemistry, physics, biology or similar scientific degree), this is a great opportunity to join a friendly team in an interesting, varied and challenging role. It may suit you if you are a recent graduate or perhaps have some good hands on product or customer support experience and are looking for a new challenge.
