My client is looking for a part-time administrator to support their business in a varied role where your responsibilities will include; Incoming and outgoing telephone calls Diary management and appointment scheduling Typing and proof reading of all correspondence including emails, letters and reports Collating information, maintaining records and documentation Using Quick Books for accounts invoicing and reports General office and administrative support An excellent telephone manner combined with good written and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be ensuring high levels of customer service.
Knowledge of MS Office, highly organised and with strong attention to detail, you will have the ability to manage a variety of tasks and be keen to maintain the company’s standards.
