Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a proven track record developing innovative solutions to engineering challenges? My client is currently seeking an experienced engineer to join their development team where your responsibilities will include; * All aspects of mechanical design from development to prototype, test and manufacturing * Develop cost effective solutions for complex engineering problems * Improvement projects on existing products * Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team With a proven track record in engineering, ideally with complex electro-mechanical products, you will be working on a range of NPD projects. Relevant engineering qualifications (ideally degree qualified or equivalent) are essential and you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading projects and successfully delivering products. You will be a confident user of 3D CAD (eg Solidworks, Inventor, Solidedge, Creo, ProE or similar) and familiar with tools such as DFM, DFA and DFMEA . This is an interesting and exciting role with an established and successful company who offer long term security and opportunity.
