Are you an organised, reliable and professional Property Administrator looking for a new opportunity? My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of property and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property and tenancy administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all property certifications and compliance documentation are up to date
  • Coordinating and managing maintenance requirements, both reactive and proactive
  • Maintaining general documentation, filing and property records
  • Processing, monitoring and tracking invoices and general accounts administration
  • Providing wider administrative and organisational support as required

Ideally, you will have previous experience in property management, lettings administration or a similar environment. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities independently.

You will also bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive and professional approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Good all-round IT skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
