Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a well-established and successful manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Manager to provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing culture within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support, guidance, and advice across the business.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and exit processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure full legal compliance.
- Embed HR best practice and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Oversee and maintain accurate HR data and records.
- Support and coach managers on all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, training, reviews, and disciplinaries.
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives, coordinating internal and external training as required.
You’ll be a confident and approachable HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships at all levels of the business. With a proactive and pragmatic approach, you’ll be experienced in delivering both operational HR support and strategic initiatives within a manufacturing or engineering environment. CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 (ideally Level 7) and with a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, you will have excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with a proven ability to implement and maintain robust HR policies and procedures.
This is a great opportunity to make a real impact within a successful manufacturing business and truly make a difference. This role will be onsite for 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) where you can combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on delivery.
