Responsibilities will include:
- Electronic assembly including PCB soldering
- Reading and understanding technical drawings
- Building, assembly and testing of electro-mechanical products
- Following processes and procedures
- Completing technical documentation
You will need to have excellent soldering skills, good dexterity and be used to following instructions whilst working to high quality standards. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy are a must together with good interpersonal and communication skills. With good organisational and hands-on skills, this may suit you if you are an experienced technician or perhaps have some experience and would like to develop your skills further – full training will be provided.
Your experience may include some of the following skills such as product build or assembly, electronics build, PCB assembly, SMT, working to IPC standards, wiring, electro-mechanical assembly, PCB work, electrical wiring or similar.
This role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Ely, Littleport, Milton, Cambourne, Chatteris, March, Downham Market, Huntingdon, St Ives, Sutton, Soham, Red Lodge, Bar Hill, Duxford, Sawston, Waterbeach and many more places in the East of England.
