Do you have good mechanical engineering skills or have worked on the assembly of electro-mechanical products or systems? If so, please read on as I have a great opportunity to join a friendly and successful engineering company who are looking to expand their team!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and assembly of products (mechanical and electrical knowledge ideally)
  • Completing technical documentation
  • Following processes and procedures for product builds
  • Working collaboratively to resolve any technical issues
  • Testing products

With good organisational and hands-on skills, you are likely to have experience of working in a production, assembly or manufacturing environment. A strong team player, good attention to detail together with great communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You may have worked as a technician, mechanical assembler, systems technician, mechanical technician, production technician, fitter, build engineer or similar. Your experience may include some of the following skills such as mechanical product build or assembly, wiring, marking out, drilling, fabrication or similar.

This role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Littleport, Ely, Chatteris, March, Downham Market, Mildenhall, Newmarket, Soham, Waterbeach, Milton, St Ives, Barhill and many more locations in Cambridgeshire.
