Are you an experienced technician or engineer looking for a new challenge? My client is a friendly and successful specialist engineering company who are looking to expand. Their innovative products are supplied to a wide range of sectors and your responsibilities will include the assembly of products, predominantly mechanical, e.g. fabrication, welding, fitting components but also some electrical/electronic work.
You will be following processes and instructions to assemble these highly technical products then testing them to ensure product quality. You will be used to working with electro-mechanical products and have strong attention to detail together with good communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving skills and a strong team player, you will have a good broad understanding of different engineering and manufacturing processes.
Working in a small and friendly team, this role may interest you if you have worked previously as a production technician, engineering technician, manufacturing technician, assembly operative, production operative, assembly technician, mechanical assembly technician, systems technician, production assembly operative, electro-mechanical technician or similar.
