- Creating quotes, processing orders and updating delivery information
- Following up on enquiries, proposals and tenders
- Confident communicator, both on the telephone, via email and face to face
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers
This role may suit someone already in a similar position within customer services, internal sales, sales support, client support services, sales order processing, technical support or similar roles.
