Responsibilities will include; * Providing customer support to ensure proposals are correctly designed to suit requirements * Creating quotes, processing orders and updating delivery information * Following up on enquiries, proposals and tenders * Confident communicator, both on the telephone, via email and face to face * The ability to build strong relationships with customers This role may suit someone already in a similar position within customer services, internal sales, sales support, client support services, sales order processing, technical support or similar roles
