Are you an experienced business development or sales manager seeking a new challenge? Have you a proven track record of working with customers in Europe and internationally? Working for an established and successful company, this is a great opportunity for an experienced business development manager with experience of supplying mechanically engineered products into international markets.
As a highly effective communicator with the ability to engage at all levels, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic development of sales territories (Europe and beyond)
- Managing existing clients whilst engaging, supporting and developing new customers
- Identifying and seeking new growth opportunities
- Creating marketing strategies
- Technical sales and support to OEMs and distributors
- Working closely with engineering to ensure products are developed to suit customer technical needs
- Attending exhibitions, trade shows and other events
Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must as you will be building robust relationships at all levels to create success, both internally and externally. Highly organised with strong presentation skills, you will be a confident team player with strong influencing skills. A fluency in other languages would be advantageous (such as French, Italian, German, Spanish or Portuguese) as would experience of working within the automotive sector. You will need to be comfortable with regular travelling within Europe and beyond to customers as required.
