Being a Liz Earle Customer Advisor is an exciting role where you will help customers by advising them about their skincare and beauty needs. Responsibilities
- Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide personalised consultations and skin services.
- Meet sales targets and inform customers about Liz Earle offers and in‑store promotions.
- Complete the award‑winning 12‑month Skin School development programme.
- Ensure the counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products.
- Welcome each customer and treat everyone with empathy and understanding.
- Enjoy meeting sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Love to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare trends.
- Work comfortably both independently and within a team.
- Be a proud brand ambassador for Liz Earle and help customers find the best products for their needs.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working with customers.
- Experience using skincare products on customers.
Working Hours
Your basic hours will be 15 per week, with anticipated days of work 2‑3 days per week from Monday to Saturday. Shifts include AM, PM and evening between 08:30 and 18:00 and may include weekends.
Salary
The salary for this role is £26,513.19 – £30,482.35 depending on location. For part‑time hours, the salary will be pro‑rata.
