About the role:
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets through coaching and sharing constructive feedback.

- The salary for this role is £27,121 up to £30,506 depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

We are looking for candidates to join us from as soon as possible, and who can be flexible to meet our customers' needs. Your basic hours will be 37.5 per week, and your anticipated days of work will be Monday to Sunday. You will cover AM, PM and evening shifts between the hours of 08:30 and 21:00 which will include weekends. The anticipated shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.
