About the role
Being a Customer Advisor at Liz Earle, you will help customers by advising them on skincare and beauty needs. You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report to the Counter Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
- Provide personalised consultations and skin services
- Meet sales targets and inform customers about Liz Earle offers and in‑store promotions
- Complete our award‑winning 12‑month Skin School development programme
- Ensure the counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products
- Welcome each customer and treat everyone with empathy and understanding
- Enjoy meeting sales targets and contribute to great team performance
- Love to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare trends
- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Liz Earle and help our customers find the best products for their needs

Hours and Salary
- Basic hours: 12 per week, over 2 shifts, including one weekend day.
- Shift hours: 9 am to 6 pm, with possible weekend work.
- Salary: £26,513.19 – £30,482.35 depending on location. For part‑time hours, salary will be pro‑rata.
