Overview: Sitting within the Beauty and Brand Partnerships team in the Loyalty Proposition Team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships through developing, executing, and evolving targeted marketing communications with our internal brand partner No7. You’ll develop market-leading CRM strategies aligned with brand and Loyalty objectives, delivering personalized beauty-led content to inspire our customers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including wider marketing, trading teams, and brand managers, to deliver the best customer communications for No7 Beauty Company. You will also collaborate with our data team and internal agency to create and deliver top-tier email and direct mail campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-channel (Email, Direct Mail, App Content) Loyalty campaigns to meet Boots and No7 objectives, including overseeing copy and creative direction.
- Work closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvement in data utilization.
- Develop CRM strategies to retain existing customers, win back lapsed ones, and acquire new customers, focusing on the customer journey and lifetime value.
- Produce clear, concise, and insightful briefs to guide campaign development.
- Drive KPI performance, including channel engagement and incremental sales.
- Line manage 1 Marketing Assistant.
Requirements:
- A creative individual with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in a 1-to-1 and/or digital environment, with familiarity in Email, Direct Mail, and emerging CRM technologies.
- Passionate about Boots, our customers, and with a keen interest in beauty and skincare.
- Proactive problem-solver.
