You will report to the Regional Business Manager and coach the team to inspire customers, hit sales targets and deliver personalised skincare consultations and services. You will maintain an inviting counter presentation, drive promotions, complete the 12-month Skin School programme, and act as the Liz Earle brand ambassador.
