Role: Shopper Marketing and Visual Merchandising Manager

Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment (12 Months)

Location: Nottingham Beeston - 5 days per week

We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager to help bring our brand stories to life in-store — from exciting skincare launches to magical Christmas campaigns.

As part of the In-Store Marketing Team, you’ll help make our brands shine in retail spaces by supporting the planning and delivery of both temporary activations and permanent merchandising projects. You’ll work with a passionate team of creatives and marketers to deliver impactful campaigns that surprise and delight shoppers every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the creative translation of brand guidelines into in-store displays and materials across the UK, I and EMEA & APAC markets.
  • Adapt campaigns and initiatives for in-store activation across temporary and permanent touchpoints.
  • Manage the development and rollout of 3D in-store materials and promotional kits.
  • Partner with agencies and suppliers to support creative production, artwork reviews, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Commercial, and Category teams to ensure activations are on‑brand, insight‑led, and commercially strong.
  • Oversee stakeholder communications and coordination to ensure projects are approved on time and delivered flawlessly.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and project progress, ensuring everything lands smoothly in-store.
  • Stay up to date with retail trends, competitor activations, and design inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Extensive experience in Shopper Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation.
  • A genuine passion for creativity, design, and retail experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Curiosity about market trends and brand storytelling.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
