Job Description

25 hours a week (14:00 – 19:00)

Within the position of Workplace Assistant, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work as part of the workplace team providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include; daily touchpoint cleaning and restocking of tea points, loading photocopiers, reconfiguration of meeting rooms/training space, reactive housekeeping requests, loading/unloading dishwasher, maintaining the replenishment of consumables
  • Ensure the disposal of waste in the correct receptacles
  • Responsible for the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials and reporting of any repairs required to the management team
  • Ensure that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with company/manufacturer’s operating procedures
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service request
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS Livv Workplace and the client, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Livv Workplace and Legal requirements.
