As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems and facilities across the site. You will provide a range of reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with contractual requirements and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities & Traits

  • Perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fabric repairs across the site.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to ensure the building’s systems are operating efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of the building’s fabric, including walls, floors, windows, doors, and fixtures.
  • Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and repairing taps and toilets.
  • Assist with minor electrical works such as changing light bulbs, fuses, and ensuring all electrical systems are safe.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimise downtime and disruption.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any issues that may require further attention.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors when required and ensure work is completed to agreed standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all employees, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
