About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the delivery of a premium front of house service within a prestigious corporate environment.
This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll oversee the daily operation of front of house services, build strong client relationships, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional workplace experience for all visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the Front of House team.
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day delivery of Front of House services.
- Maintain exceptional service standards across the workplace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the main onsite liaison for Front of House operations.
- Support the Client Office Services Manager and provide cover when required.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the service.
- Monitor team performance and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and grow service delivery.
- Complete monthly and quarterly reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Maintain professional standards and represent the business to the highest level.
About You
You'll be an experienced Front of House professional with a passion for customer service, team leadership, and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.
You'll Have:
- Previous Front of House management or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams of three or more.
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional, polished and well-presented approach.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Confidence building relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience working within a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Desirable:
- Experience within a premium corporate workplace environment.
- Experience supporting workplace or office services operations.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify service improvement opportunities.
