Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating office activity and helping deliver a seamless workplace experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities with confidence and build strong relationships across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Managing complex diaries and calendars for senior stakeholders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries
- Organising meetings, conference calls and video calls, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared
- Processing expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing stakeholder communications and responding to ad hoc requests
- Maintaining office systems, records and administrative processes
- Supporting workplace activities and contributing to a positive employee experience
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, visitors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Providing administrative support across teams when required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administration Assistant, Reception, Front of House or similar business support role
- Experience managing busy and ever-changing diaries
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Experience coordinating travel and meeting logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A flexible and adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
