Our new Executive Director of Finance will lead a high-performing directorate responsible for finance, development, investment, risk, audit, assurance, and business intelligence. This is a pivotal role for us which combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring compliance, value for money, and data-driven decision-making across our ambitious Group.
You will be a fully qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA) with extensive strategic financial management experience from organisations of similar scale and complexity. Significant experience at Executive or Director level in social housing or a directly comparable and similarly highly regulated environment will be essential.
