LIVN Global seeks a compassionate and organised People & Culture Coordinator to support our growing volunteer community. Join a faith-driven charity empowering young people, serving communities, and sharing the love of Jesus through outreach, events, and practical support.

Your support will help create a welcoming and empowering environment where volunteers can thrive, grow in confidence, and effectively contribute to the mission and impact of LIVN Global. By helping care for the people behind the mission, you will play a key role in strengthening the impact of our outreach, programmes, and community initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant people-focused role, such as HR, people operations, volunteer coordination, team support, administration, community engagement, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting people, teams, or communities through effective communication, coordination, and relationship-building
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage systems, records, processes, and follow-up tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to encourage and support a diverse range of people
  • A compassionate, approachable, and people-oriented mindset
  • Experience helping create positive team environments, improving engagement, or supporting organisational culture
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort working within a Christian mission-led environment and alignment with LIVN Global’s values

Experience in HR, charity operations, volunteer management, community programmes, or organisational development would be highly beneficial.

What will you be doing?

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you will help support the wellbeing, engagement, and development of volunteers across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating positive experiences, and helping teams stay connected, organised, and encouraged.

You will support volunteer recruitment and onboarding, assist with internal communications and team coordination, and help foster a welcoming, supportive, and values-driven culture across LIVN Global. This role is more than administration; it is about helping people feel valued, equipped, empowered, and connected to the mission.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support inductions and welcome new volunteers into the organisation
  • Help maintain volunteer records, documentation, and internal systems
  • Assist with volunteer communications, updates, and team check-ins
  • Support volunteer wellbeing, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Help organise internal meetings, training sessions, and culture-building activities
  • Assist with safeguarding processes and policy compliance where required
  • Encourage a healthy, collaborative, and Christ-centred team culture
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to leadership teams where needed.
