Senior Content Designer (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) – Edinburgh, United Kingdom. This 12-month fixed-term contract covers maternity leave and focuses on leading clear and engaging product content experiences for Trustpilot Business. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and the ability to prioritize and manage timelines effectively.

What you’ll do
- Design, write, and edit compelling in-product content that helps users and delivers data-driven results for Trustpilot, including product flows, interface language, product names, navigational content, terminology, and other relevant product content.
- Shape product narratives and squad direction by building influence with product peers and developing documentation.
- Lead B2B product content strategy and design regular tests to confirm or extend value.
- Apply strategic thinking to the product, including UX guidance, content audits, and information architecture.
- Drive the conversation around AI, applying AI processes to workflows or designing prompts and prompt libraries for new features and products.
- Offer and receive feedback from UX peers by running content critiques with other content designers.
- Create or contribute to design sessions, wireframes, and high-fidelity design mocks in Figma.
- Collaborate daily with stakeholders across disciplines (engineering, product design, research, product marketing, data analytics).
- Identify and prioritize the most significant projects within B2B.
What you’ll need
- Impressive experience in content design and/or UX writing.
- Examples of content with tangible business results used to drive squad decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in English.
- High familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma.
- Experience leading projects in ambiguous contexts with stakeholder input.
- Experience in UK government digital teams is a plus.
- Experience writing for business customers in the UK and US is a plus.
