We run the world’s largest independent consumer review platform and are looking for a stand‑out Senior Product Designer to shape a brand‑new Growth squad within the Consumer team.

As a Senior Individual Contributor you will own complex, ambiguous challenges end‑to‑end, drive discovery and research, create and test hypotheses, and help shape the product strategy to reach and engage new consumer audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities, developing an end‑to‑end design vision to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to rapidly test hypotheses across Trustpilot’s consumer and B2B platforms.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Product & Content Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts and Researchers to influence product strategy and execution.
  • Prototype ideas to illustrate complex user flows and bring designs to life.
  • Present work to stakeholders with confidence and clarity, fostering collaboration.
  • Champion design rooted in clarity and intent to ensure functional, enduring experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience designing for consumer‑facing digital products with a strong understanding of shifting consumer mindsets.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing strong Product Design, discovery and UX research skills.
  • Experience working in an experimentation / growth environment and shaping/testing hypotheses with users.
  • Evidence of design work that delivered measurable business impact and shaped product direction.
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Figma and other industry‑standard design and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with front‑end implementation practices and collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers.
  • Curiosity and openness to learning, always seeking new methods to elevate the design process.
  • Experience designing within a SaaS product environment is a bonus but not essential.
