As a Product Manager in the B2B product, you will be at the heart of building experiences that help businesses build trust, grow and improve through Trustpilot. This role will focus on improving the foundations of our product reviews proposition, including areas like our product catalog and data attributes – as well as setting the vision for how we evolve our overall solution for product reviews, working under the guidance of Senior Product Leadership.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for a specific set of features or a single product component
  • Take ownership of product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needs as defined by the broader product strategy
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key cross-functional stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products
  • Prioritize new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks, focusing on maximizing immediate value and delivery velocity
  • Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to define user problems and validate solutions for the squad
  • Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure the success of delivered features and sprints
  • Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to immediate internal teams and product leadership
  • Cultivate solid connections between the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to promote product-focused mindsets and facilitate feature launches across the enterprise
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation within the designated squad

Who You Are

  • Proven product management experience working within agile teams, with a proven history of delivering effective digital products and mastering the product execution loop
  • Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and leading through influence, not authority, to drive feature delivery
  • Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to guide day-to-day decision-making and product development
  • Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in setting up and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement at the product component level
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their practical application in product innovation and user experience
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around feature goals and delivery timelines
