We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our People Team. In this role, you will shape the learning culture at Trustpilot, designing and delivering innovative development initiatives that empower our people to grow, thrive, and do their best work.

As our Learning & Development Manager, you will create and implement high-impact learning programmes that build skills, enhance performance, and support career progression across our global teams. From developing engaging training content to optimising our Learning Management Systems (LMS), you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning is accessible, relevant, and aligned with our long-term business goals. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable learning programs that empower Trustpilot's global workforce and support our long-term vision.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs using the latest methodologies and digital tools.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to ensure impactful, timely delivery of learning initiatives with measurable results.
  • Own the developmental and growth aspects of onboarding for individual contributors, ensuring alignment with Trustpilot's core values and goals.
  • Manage our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its full leverage to deliver, track, and report on all learning activities.
  • Analyse complex learning challenges and create tailored solutions to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to identify learning gaps and develop operational solutions that move the needle.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences, from workshops to digital modules, that inspire continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives, using feedback and data to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Mentor colleagues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Promote the learning and development priorities that will help drive Trustpilot’s growth, engaging essential stakeholders throughout the organization.

Who You Are

  • Significant experience in learning and development or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering effective training solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of learning principles, methodologies, and tools to drive effective programs.
  • Skill in designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that engage and empower.
  • Experience managing cross-functional learning projects, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
  • Thorough analytical skills, capable of assessing learning needs and evaluating program outcomes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Driven and goal-oriented, with the capability to accomplish targets successfully.
