At Trustpilot, we\'re building our very first inhouse AI consultancy, and as a Digital Business Partner, you\'ll be at the heart of it. This is a role for strategic thinkers who love solving complex problems, working with leaders across the business, and translating cutting-edge technology into meaningful impact. You\'ll shape the way we work, enabling teams to unlock new levels of productivity, improve processes, and leverage AI in practical, innovative ways. What You\\\'ll Be Doing
- Empower Trusties to achieve new levels of productivity through both current and emerging digital technologies.
- Shape the future of Trustpilot\\\'s Digital Landscape by leading high-impact projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI and Natural Language Processing to bring great productivity opportunities to every Trustie.
- Identify strategic opportunities with a compounding company-wide impact, focusing on freeing capacity and are rooted in an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure that Trustpilot maximises the value from its use of digital services, by championing adoption and driving commercial value and strategic partner relations
- Push the boundaries of how Trustpilot utilises technology to optimise business processes, improve efficiency, increase automation and enhance user experiences across the organisation.
- Drive innovation by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, particularly in the field of AI productivity tooling.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, from those who will use the solutions to those who will procure, build and deliver them
Who You Are
- Experienced in consulting, advisory, business analysis, program management, or a similar role, ideally from a top-tier consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- Strong experience in digital transformation, with exposure to finance, HR, legal, or IT advisory projects.
- You are curious by nature, you ask questions and have a learn-it-all, not a know-it-all mindset.
- You have a passion for driving digital transformation and delivering great technology solutions.
- You possess a solid and broad understanding of digital software solutions and have a keen interest in new technologies, for example, AI and how it can be applied within the digital workplace.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- You have excellent negotiation skills and experience working with procurement teams to structure commercial engagements for maximum benefit.
- You have experience managing projects, working with agile methodologies, and building high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working at pace, balancing multiple priorities, and leading projects from ideation to adoption.
