We\’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our new Data Solutions team. This is a pivotal opportunity to help build and scale Trustpilot\’s data solutions business from the ground up. You\’ll act as the technical backbone of the commercial team, providing the analysis, insight, and hands-on support that moves deals forward.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Run Data Trials: You will manage and execute client data trials, creating custom back-testing data sets and sample reports to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Act as a Technical Advisor: You\’ll serve as the go-to expert for our data products and platforms, articulating our value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate Onboarding: You\’ll be responsible for the technical onboarding of new clients, guiding them through API documentation, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Own the DDQ Process: You\’ll lead the completion of complex Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
Who You Are
- Experience: You have prior experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Technical Skills: You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, APIs and data integration, proficiency in SQL. Python is a significant plus.
- Communication: You are an excellent communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
- Problem-Solving: You are a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who can independently manage multiple projects and deliver results.
