We have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Technician to join our Buckinghamshire Technology Enabled Care Service Centre. This role involves the delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment within people’s homes and associated locations across Buckinghamshire, as well as servicing and repair of the equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, install and collect TEC equipment at customers’ homes and sites across Buckinghamshire.
- Service and repair equipment as required.
What are we looking for?
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous relevant experience is preferable; full training will be provided.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
- Able to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous PAT testing experience an advantage, but training can be provided.
- Previous van driving experience would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working with vulnerable people across our counties.
- Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
