Position Installation Technician – 2-month contract at Livity Life, Essex Technology Enabled Care Service Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, install, collect and service TEC equipment at customers’ homes and other locations across Essex.
  • Perform maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
  • Ability to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience of PAT testing is an advantage, training can be provided.
  • Van driving experience beneficial.
  • Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
  • Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential; training provided.
  • Previous relevant experience preferred; full training will be provided.
  • Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team.
