Position Installation Technician – 2-month contract at Livity Life, Essex Technology Enabled Care Service Centre.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, collect and service TEC equipment at customers’ homes and other locations across Essex.
- Perform maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
- Ability to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience of PAT testing is an advantage, training can be provided.
- Van driving experience beneficial.
- Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
- Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential; training provided.
- Previous relevant experience preferred; full training will be provided.
- Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team.
