About LIVINGWAY

At LIVINGWAY, we don’t just let apartments; we create lifestyle led communities. Our developments are built around wellness, design, and hospitality, attracting residents who want more than just a place to live. ROCO in Liverpool is a standout example with premium apartments, rooftop hot tubs, gym, cinema, workspace, and a community of like-minded professionals. We are growing fast and looking for commercially driven individuals who want to be part of building something different.

The Role

This is not your typical leasing role. As an On-Site Leasing Manager, you are the commercial engine of the building. You are responsible for driving occupancy, maximising rental income, and owning the full leasing journey from enquiry through to move in and renewal. You will operate with high autonomy, including running the site independently when required (including Saturdays), and will be expected to think and act like a business owner for your asset. If you are someone who thrives on targets, understands how to close, and wants to take real ownership, this role is for you.
