Property Manager in Manchester

Do you excel in organisation and customer service?

As a Property Manager at LIVINGWAY, you\’ll play a pivotal role as the main clerical support, based in our Manchester Head Office. You\’ll provide comprehensive assistance to our on-site team members, handling everything from phone operations and system management to day-to-day operational tasks and top-notch customer service for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Resident Liaisons\’ schedules flow seamlessly.
• Efficiently organise property viewings, whether online or in person.
• Respond promptly and courteously to calls and property inquiries.
• Enrol new applicants and expertly manage post-viewing feedback calls.
• Oversee diverse administrative tasks and communications.
• Align appointments among potential residents, current tenants, and third-party contractors.
• Maintain meticulous filing systems and tackle data entry tasks with precision.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other teams to achieve collective goals.
• Masterfully manage company correspondence, encompassing emails, calls, and packages.
• Offer adept clerical support to managers and colleagues.
• Craft and process tenancy documents with finesse and accuracy.
• Deliver unparalleled service to all residents and clients.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or Secretary.
• Proficient in CRM and property management software (Yardi experience ideal), MS Office, including word processors and spreadsheets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior contacts, clients, and teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team and plan ahead.
• Flexible and professional demeanour with excellent time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.

Working hours

Monday: 9 am to 5 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm or 11 am to 7 pm

Friday: 9 am to 5 pm

Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm

You\’ll need to work one in three Saturdays and one late evening per week.
