As a growing business, we operate at the intersection of property, lifestyle, wellness and hospitality, and our marketing function plays a critical role in driving occupancy, retention, brand equity and external income.

The Role Responsibilities

  • Brand & Positioning (Foundation Pillar)
    • Own the day-to-day stewardship of the LIVINGWAY brand across all touch points.
    • Ensure consistency of tone of voice, visual identity and messaging across digital, print, on-site and media channels.
    • Translate brand strategy into practical guidelines and campaign outputs for internal teams and external partners.
    • Protect brand integrity while allowing flexibility for site-specific and campaign led storytelling.
  • Leasing & Revenue-Driving Campaigns
    • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that directly support:
    • New lease-up phases
    • Renewal and retention activity
    • Referral and advocacy programmes
    • Work closely with on-site teams and leasing leads to align campaigns with operational realities.
    • Create campaign toolkits including digital ads, email, social content, on-site assets and PR angles.
  • Resident Engagement & Community Marketing
    • Oversee marketing activity that promotes resident events, wellness programmes and community initiatives.
    • Manage communication journeys through the resident app, email and on-site digital screens.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen retention, community pride and brand advocacy.
    • Collaborate with events, wellness and on-site teams to ensure marketing reflects lived experience.
    • Manage and evolve LIVINGWAY’s digital presence across:
    • Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms
    • Website content and landing pages
    • Email marketing and CRM communications
    • Oversee content planning calendars that balance brand storytelling, leasing activity, wellness and PR.
    • Ensure content is purposeful, high-quality and aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing
    • Plan, manage and optimise paid marketing activity across social and digital platforms.
    • Control budgets, track ROI and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
    • Report on key metrics including leads, conversions, engagement and cost efficiency.
    • Work with the Head of Marketing to refine performance strategy as the business scales.
  • Public Relations & Thought Leadership
    • Own PR planning and delivery, including press releases, media outreach and brand storytelling.
    • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and industry publications.
    • Identify proactive PR opportunities across property, lifestyle, wellness and business media.
    • Support senior leadership with thought-leadership content, interviews and commentary.
    • Manage reactive PR where required, ensuring messaging is aligned and approved.
  • Partnerships, Collaborations & External Income Support
    • Support marketing activity for partnerships, collaborations and external income streams.
    • Produce marketing collateral for investors, developers, corporate clients and partners.
    • Ensure LIVINGWAY’s value proposition is clearly communicated to external stakeholders.
  • Leadership, Structure & Ways of Working
    • Act as the day-to-day marketing lead across multiple projects and campaigns.
    • Line manage or support junior marketing team members (e.g. Marketing Assistant).
    • Work cross functionally with operations, leasing, wellness and senior leadership.
    • Build scalable marketing processes, templates and reporting frameworks.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within a growing or fast-paced business.
  • Strong understanding of brand, digital marketing, PR and performance marketing.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to prioritise activity that drives results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in property, BTR, lifestyle, hospitality or wellness sectors preferred.
