Rooted in excellence, integrity, and collaboration, we create design led, wellness-integrated places where people truly love to live. Our approach blends hospitality, lifestyle, and community to deliver standout resident experiences where programming, partnerships, and people are treated as core commercial assets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, commercially focused Events, Wellness & Programming Manager with strong business development capability to lead resident experience, wellness programming, and outward facing brand activation across LIVINGWAY’s Northwest portfolio. This is not a desk-based role. It is a front facing, opportunity creating role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, hosting events, developing partnerships, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes. Based between our Manchester office and Liverpool flagship site (ROCO), you will design and deliver engaging wellness led programming, actively promote our aparthotel and amenity spaces, and represent LIVINGWAY at networking events to generate partnerships, collaborations, and commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Events, Programming & Wellness
    • Own and deliver the end-to-end events, lifestyle, and wellness programming strategy across all LIVINGWAY sites.
    • Design and execute a structured calendar of wellness focused experiences (fitness, mindfulness, recovery, holistic wellbeing), alongside social, cultural, and community events.
    • Deliver one flagship community event per site per month, supported by weekly activations.
    • Personally host, facilitate, and attend events, acting as a visible and trusted LIVINGWAY representative.
    • Tailor programming to each building’s demographic, brand positioning, and commercial objectives.
    • Manage budgets, suppliers, logistics, risk assessments, and post event performance reviews.
  • Business Development & Commercial Growth
    • Bring proven business development experience, with the ability to identify, create, and convert opportunities into partnerships and revenue.
    • Proactively promote LIVINGWAY’s aparthotel offering, amenity spaces, and lifestyle facilities through events, collaborations, and external engagement.
    • Attend and represent LIVINGWAY at industry networking events, local business forums, wellness gatherings, and hospitality events.
    • Build, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that deliver enhanced resident experience, brand exposure, and commercial income streams.
    • Take ownership of hosting, selling, and activating events that drive both engagement and commercial return.
  • Local Partnerships & Lifestyle Services
    • Source and manage high-quality local partners including wellness practitioners, fitness instructors, hospitality operators, and lifestyle service providers.
    • Build and maintain a strong regional partner ecosystem across Liverpool, Manchester, and surrounding areas.
    • Create exclusive resident offers, loyalty initiatives, and co-branded experiences.
    • Manage onboarding, compliance, and relationship performance of third-party partners.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Representation
    • Act as a highly visible presence across the portfolio, regularly travelling between sites.
    • Work closely with Marketing to promote events, wellness programmes, partnerships, and aparthotel offerings across digital and on-site channels.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador for LIVINGWAY, embodying our values, tone, and hospitality-led approach.
    • Track and report on KPIs including attendance, engagement, feedback, repeat participation, partnership value, and revenue contribution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Business Development Experience (Essential)
    • Demonstrable experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial relationship management within hospitality, events, wellness, property, or lifestyle sectors.
    • Confidence in initiating conversations, pitching ideas, negotiating partnerships, and closing opportunities.
  • Commercial & Entrepreneurial Mindset
    • Strong commercial awareness with a can do, opportunity led attitude.
    • Comfortable linking programming and partnerships to measurable business outcomes.
  • Self-Driven & Energetic
    • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
    • Thrives in a role with autonomy, accountability, and minimal micromanagement.
