The firm specializes in five key practice areas: Criminal Litigation & Fraud, Personal Injury, Family Law, Child Protection, and Employment & Contract. The firm is based in Glasgow city centre and serves clients across the UK, with close professional connections to Senior Counsel in Edinburgh and ranked firms and barristers in London. Using cutting-edge technology, the firm conducts client consultations and hearings via videolink, presents evidence electronically, and primarily uses digital communication, enabling efficient handling of complex, large-scale cases nationwide.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Employment & Contract department currently has a team of five with one associate about to go on maternity leave; however, the role is a permanent one. We currently have ET hearing dates in the diary well into autumn 2026, and a number of new claims being processed and lodged. We represent and advise clients across Scotland and have expanded over the past 12 months. We offer flexibility of mixing time in the office and working from home, with full tech support and input from experienced lawyers in other areas. There is also a good social mix.
Qualifications
- Experience in Employment Tribunal and related litigation.
- Proven ability to represent clients in complex cases.
