A well-established, family-owned business based near Stirling is seeking to appoint a highly capable Finance Director to join its senior leadership team in a confidential appointment. This is a key role at the heart of the organisation, working closely with the CEO to shape financial strategy while supporting the ongoing growth and performance of the business.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the finance function, ensuring strong financial control, robust reporting and clear visibility of performance across the organisation.
