- Provide technical expertise and regulatory credibility throughout complex customer engagements.
Industry & Market Engagement
- Represent the company at customer events, industry forums, trade associations and conferences.
- Contribute to webinars, workshops, presentations, articles and other thought-leadership activities.
- Partner with Marketing on customs and trade compliance content, industry insights and customer education.
- Help strengthen the company’s reputation as a trusted provider of customs and trade compliance solutions in the UK.

- Strong knowledge of UK Customs legislation and HMRC requirements.
- Practical experience with customs authorizations, special procedures, tariff classification, rules of origin, customs valuation and import/export compliance.
- Experience with customs audits, compliance reviews and customs risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to advise customers on complex customs and international trade challenges.
- Experience supporting customer-facing commercial opportunities as a technical subject matter expert.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a senior expert capacity.
Education & Professional Qualifications
