We are looking for a high-velocity, M-Shaped Creative Content Producer to sit at the intersection of Product and Marketing. You aren’t just a "designer"; you are a visual architect who can take complex product propositions and turn them into stunning sales collateral, high-impact social campaigns, and polished video content. You will support a fast-paced leadership team by owning the end-to-end production of assets that drive our commercial engine. We don’t need a specialist who "only does layout", we need a multimedia powerhouse who can jump from a Premiere Pro timeline to an Illustrator artboard without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement & Documentation: Design high-fidelity "How to Sell" guides, battle cards, and product sheets that look like they belong in a premium publication, not a template.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate complex data and product roadmaps into intuitive infographics and "explainers" for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Campaign Execution: Create all visual assets for LinkedIn-first marketing campaigns, including display ads, carousels, and high-engagement imagery.
  • Post-Production & Motion: Take raw footage from videographers and cut high-energy trailers, podcast clips, and product walkthroughs using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • AI-Augmented Workflow: Leverage Generative AI (Firefly, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate production cycles and maintain a "speed of thought" output.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work directly with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to extract the "gold" and turn it into polished content drafts.

Your "M-Shaped" Profile

  • Deep Technical Mastery: You are a power user of the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Video Fluency: You have a strong eye for pacing, rhythm, and narrative in video editing (Premiere Pro) and can add "sparkle" with motion graphics (After Effects).
  • Marketing Know-How: You understand that a beautiful design is a failure if it doesn’t convert or communicate a clear value proposition.
  • The 80/20 Rule: You know when to spend 10 hours on a masterpiece and when to spend 30 minutes on a "good enough" draft to keep the momentum moving.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in a design or content production role (B2B or SaaS experience is a huge plus).
  • A portfolio that shows versatility: We want to see a PDF layout, a motion graphic, and a LinkedIn campaign side-by-side.
  • Autonomy: You are comfortable working with a European-based leadership team and managing your own pipeline against tight deadlines.
  • Language: Native-level fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
