Our Livingston Store is looking for a 30 hour part-time Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join our growing and highly successful retail team. Kurt Muller is a women’s wear brand that fuses simple styling with a modern and feminine twist to complement and enhance your everyday style. As a Sales Assistant, you will:
- Have the ability to delight our customers by providing legendary customer service and supporting your team to do the same
- Bring the store alive through your product knowledge and your contribution to a fantastic customer service
- Be able to work under pressure
- Complete all tasks correctly and on time and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain and exceed company sales KPI
- Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate passion for the brand
- Follow merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines in store to ensure that the brand is represented at the highest level
- Observe safety and security procedures. Report any misuse or theft of stock to a member of management
- Have sales experience in a contemporary, energetic retail environment
