Responsibilities

• Have the ability to delight our customers by providing legendary customer service and supporting your team to do the same
• Bring the store alive through your product knowledge and your contribution to a fantastic customer service
• Be able to work under pressure
• Complete all tasks correctly and on time and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and exceed company sales KPI.
• Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate passion for the brand.
• Follow merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines in store to ensure that the brand is represented at the highest level.
• Observe safety and security procedures. Reports any misuse or theft of stock to a member of management.
