We're seeking an experienced and confident Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership and support within our residential aged care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and resident wellbeing.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff
  • Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team
  • Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
  • Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
  • Complete a police check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
