Community Care Resources provides person-centred services to adults with identified care needs through Day Care Services, Care at Home and Residential Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide direct support to individuals in a variety of settings.
  • Help ensure high standards of care and support to maximise independence and dignity.
  • Support people with varying abilities and complex needs to achieve their goals and personal outcomes.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care, including intimate personal care, developing daily living skills, training and meaningful activities aligned with individual needs and wishes, while minimising danger and harm.
  • Demonstrate the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) core values: Respect, Collaboration, Participation & Dignity, and Empowerment.

Post details: Based at Overtonlea Care Services, Levenwick, Shetland. The post is permanent part-time for 35 hours per week, 52.18 weeks per year. PVG scheme requirements apply. You must complete registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). A relocation package does not apply. Interview expenses within Shetland may be paid.
