Deputy Chief Exec & Director of People & Resources in Neston

Living & Working in Shetland is seeking a Depute Chief Executive / Director of People & Resources to lead the Council’s Corporate Management Team. You will represent the Council internally and externally and support the Chief Executive as required.

The role includes leading finance, human resources, and transformation projects. A qualified accountant with strong communication and leadership skills is essential. The position offers a salary of £130K plus relocation allowances.
