Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Teacher of Maths to deliver high quality mathematics education for students from S1 to S9. The role includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupils’ progress, and supporting inclusive learning for all students, including those from the small islands of Fair Isle and Foula, and pupils in S5/S6.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) prior to starting
- Current or confirmed future registration with the GTCS
- Vision, energy, initiative, good communication skills and self‑discipline
- Preferred: flexible route probationers, willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or update prior to offer

- Salary inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £2,859 per annum
- Permanent Full Time post, 35.0 hours per week
