Community Care Resources is recruiting Social Care Workers (Entry/Main) to provide person‑centred services through Day Care, Care at Home and Residential Services. The role supports adults with identified care needs across diverse settings in the Shetland Islands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals in various settings.
  • Ensure high standards of care and support to maximise independence and dignity.
  • Help people with varying abilities and complex needs achieve goals and personal outcomes.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver quality care, including personal care, daily living skills, training, social activities and other meaningful activities in line with individual needs and wishes.
