The post holder is responsible through the Director - Community Health and Social Care for undertaking a range of activities timeously contributing to the successful completion of the Sustainable Model of Adult Social Care. The post holder is responsible for leading and developing on the aims and objectives of the proposed project. The post holder will also undertake research and analysis activities to support the overall management of the project including service development and improvements.
The post holder will work with colleagues across the Council, the Health Board and other partner agencies and stakeholders locally and nationally as required to achieve the project objectives.

- Rate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of Β£1.5523 per hour
- Temporary Part Time post for 26.0 Hours per Week, 52.18 weeks per year
- Temporary contract for a period of approximately 12 months.
- A relocation package does not apply to this post
- We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland
- You must have the ability to travel throughout Shetland at short notice and where public transport is limited
